摘要
动臂各零部件制造精度以及总拼工序定位精度会直接影响焊前动臂结构的尺寸精度,从而进一步影响焊接完成后动臂尺寸质量。提出了一种动臂焊后尺寸质量控制方法,以开档尺寸为例进行了说明。根据动臂焊接前后尺寸偏差实测数据,得到两者相关性系数;并基于动臂零部件的实际装配关系,建立总拼工序结构尺寸链简化模型,最后根据尺寸链原理对原有工装结构进行了改进设计。为动臂的焊接变形控制以及焊后尺寸波动控制提供了理论分析方法,并为实际工装设计提供指导。
The manufacturing accuracy of all parts of the boom and the accuracy of the assembly process will directly affect the dimensional accuracy which needs to be guaranteed before the arm welding,thus affecting the sizeof the boom after welding.A method of dimension quality control for arm welding is proposed,and according to themeasured data of the important dimension deviation before and after the boom welding,the correlation coefficientsare obtained. Based on the actual assembly relationship of the boom parts,a calculation model of the structural dimension chain of the assembly is established. Then the existing frock is improved based on the dimension chainprinciple. This study provides the method of theoretical analysis for controlling boom dimension quality after welding and welding deformation and the guide for the actual frock design.
