摘要
建立食品接触用涂层中正戊醇迁移量的顶空进样-气相色谱质谱联用测定方法。样品分别用水基食品模拟液和橄榄油在不同的迁移条件下进行迁移试验。浸泡液在顶空平衡40 min后进样,并用毛细管色谱柱进行分离后使用质谱检测器检测。模拟液中正戊醇浓度在0.02~1.0(橄榄油为mg/kg,水基模拟物为mg/L)范围内与峰面积成呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.02 mg/kg和0.02 mg/L。
A headspace injection-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of N-pentanol migration in food contact coatings was established.The samples were subjected to migration tests under different migration conditions using water-based food simulating liquid and olive oil,respectively.The soaking solution was injected in the headspace for 40 min,and separated by a capillary column and detected by a mass spectrometer.The concentration of N-pentanol in the simulated liquid(mg/kg for olive oil and mg/L for water-based mimic)showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.02~1.0,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/kg and 0.02 mg/L.
