摘要
利用超声离心方法快速高效分离出A、B组分中主要物质,并结合傅里叶红外光谱法、热裂解气相色谱-质谱联用法、X射线衍射等微谱方法完成了对未知溶剂型涂料重要组分(成膜剂、固化剂、溶剂、填料)的定性分析。实验证明,未知样品的成膜剂为双酚A型环氧树脂,固化剂为聚酰胺固化剂,溶剂剂体系为二甲苯、乙苯、乙酸戊酯和丙酸丁酯,填料为铁红、铁灰、滑石粉和长石粉。
In this paper,the ultrasonic centrifugation method is used to separate the components of the coating rapidly.The qualitative analysis of the important components(film former resins,curing agent,solvents,filler)of the unknown solvent-based coatings was completed by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermal pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,X-ray diffraction and other micro-spectroscopy methods.The results show that the film-forming agent of the unknown sample is bisphenol A epoxy resin;the curing agent is polyamide curing agent;the solvent system is xylene,ethylbenzene,amyl acetate and butyl propionate;the fillers are iron oxide red,iron-grey,talcum powder and feldspar powder.
