摘要
利用相控阵超声扇形扫描对钢轨焊缝进行快速扫查,通过计算超声波在楔块-工件界面的透射率,确定扇形扫描角度范围,进而研究钢轨焊缝的定点扫查工艺,设计专用位置标示尺。使用钢轨标准试块进行试验验证发现,相控阵扫描角度设置在30°~70°之间,位置标示尺标定10个位置即可实现试块的全面检测。本方法可以有效提高钢轨焊缝的检测效率,降低检测缺陷识别难度,同时可以将检测图像进行对比分析,具有可追溯性。
In order to test rail welds rapidly,phased array ultrasonic S-scan testing technology was used.The theoretical calculation of ultrasonic energy transmission coefficient through the plexiglass wedge-steel interface was carried out,then sector scan beam deflection angle range was calculated.Finally,the fixed-point scanning process was studied,and the special location ruler was designed.In the work,the rail weld standard blocks were employed.It is found that setting sector scan beam deflection angle range from 30°to 70°and ten fixed-points in the location ruler are feasible.The phased array ultrasonic S-scan testing technology with fixed-point scanning process in rail welds can effectively improve the testing efficiency,reduce the defects recognition,and compare the testing images with traceability.
