摘要
介绍了安全端焊缝的相控阵超声检验技术方案,阐述了研究过程中相控阵探头的关键参数设计,相控阵超声检验探头布置方式、数据分析方法、以及与常规超声技术对比分析。结合检验技术要求,采用理论分析、数值模拟以及试验比对等多种手段相结合的方式,结果表明:通过仿真及试验验证设计的相控阵探头,可以有效替代多种常规检测探头,设计的相控阵检测技术的检测及定量能力优于常规探头,并能有效减少现场检验时间。
This article introduces technical scheme of ultrasonic phased array testing for safe-end weld of nuclear reaction pressure vessel,key technology and layout of probe,data analysis method and technology analysis compared with conventional ultrasonic method are also stated in this paper.According to requirement of testing technology,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and contrast test are combined used in this paper.The results show that ultrasonic phased array probes which were proved by the numerical simulation and contrast test can instead of multiple conventional ultrasonic probe,meanwhile,the detection and sizing of designed ultrasonic phased array probe for the defect are superior to conventional ultrasonic probe,and inspection time in nuclear power plant can be effectively reduced.
