摘要
本文同国内外直接融资规模进行了比较,分析了影响我国直接融资比例的因素,提出建立完善的多层次资本市场;降低股权融资成本;加快债券市场发展的进程;对民间金融进行正确引导等建议。
Direct financing can raise funds easily for enterprises and is an important financing channel for enterprises.Focusing on the actual needs of China’s financial market,measures should be taken to build a multi-level capital market system,perfect the stock issuance authorization,push registration system reform,vigorously develop the bond market,guide the informal finance by the government to nongovernmental.At the same time,such measures should be taken as speeding up the development of the network loan platform and the raise business,speeding up the increase the proportion of direct financing,giving full play to the role of the capital market,and promoting the high-quality development of China’s economy.
