摘要
从最优化视角论证了科技创新与金融创新最佳耦合协调的存在性,在此基础上,借鉴物理学耦合概念,测算了35个最重要金融系统所在国家的科技创新与金融创新耦合协调度,并利用两阶段GMM回归方法实证检验了其对经济效率的影响。研究表明科技创新与金融创新耦合协调度对经济效率的提升具有显著正向作用,且对于发展中国家经济效率作用的敏感性更高。最后针对发展中国家提出了完善科技创新与金融创新发展的政策建议。
From the optimized angle , the existence of the best coupling relationship between technology innovation and finan -cial innovation is proved .Based on this , this papers estimates the coupling values in 35 countries and figures out the effect to the economic growth , using the GMM regression method .The results show that the coupling relationship has a positive effect to the economic growth and its sensitivity to the economic efficiency is larger in the developing countries .Finally, some pro-posals about how to promote the technology innovation and financial innovation in the developing countries are put forward .
