摘要
目的:验证角度侧貌三庭用于美学诊断的科学性。方法:对44名美貌人群、16名下面高过长及17名下面高过短的人群的右侧貌照片进行角度侧貌三庭及长度侧貌三庭的测量,用SPSS 13.0对各组测量值进行对比分析。结果:与既往的正常值比较,女性美貌人群α角过大,β角过小;下面高过短组女性γ角正常,男性γ角过大;下面高过长组女性γ角过小,男性γ角过大。下面高过长组与美貌组男、女性γ角的差异均有统计学意义;下面高过短组与美貌组及下面高过长组间男、女性γ角差异均无统计学意义。下面高过短及过长组仅个别被研究者的个别角度差值超过10°,3组之间各角度差值间差异均无统计学意义。结论:角度侧貌三庭不能准确反映面部垂直向的变化,其值及差值大小作为美学评价及诊断指标值得商榷。
Objective:To verify the scientific nature of the facial profile with three parts for aesthetic diagnosis.Methods:The facial height divided into approximately three equal parts were performed on the right side view of 44 beautiful people and 16 cases were longer for the lower third of their face,and 17 cases were shorter for the lower third of their face.The measured values of each group were compared and analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results:Compared with the previous normal values,the angleαof pretty females were too big and the angleβwas smaller.The female angleγof the cases whose lower third of the face were shorter was normal,while the male angleγwas too large.The female angleγof the cases whose lower third of the face were longer was small and the male angleγwas too large.There was significant difference between the angleγof both genders in the cases with the lower third of the face being too long and in the beauty group.There was no statistically significant difference in the angleγbetween males and females in the cases with the lower third being shorter and in the beauty group or the cases with the lower third being longer.Only a few cases of individual angle difference exceeded 10°.There was no statistically significant difference among the angles of the three groups.Conclusion:The angle of the fan-shaped profile can not accurately reflect the vertical changes in the face and size of the difference between the angles and these values can not be used as indicators for aesthetic evaluation and diagnosis.
