摘要 目的研究糖化血红蛋白和C-反应蛋白联合检测在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用。方法选取2016年4月至2017年11月期间在本院接受治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象。选取同时期在我院接受体检的100例健康孕妇作为对照组,对比两组孕妇血糖检测结果以及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测结果。结果治疗组孕妇血糖检测显著高于对照组,观察组患者HbA1c、CRP指标显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论妊娠期糖尿病中采用糖化血红蛋白和C-反应蛋白联合检测的方式,可以对患者血糖情况进行及时有效的判断,为疾病的早期治疗提供依据,值得临床推广普及。 Objective To investigate the application of combined detection of glycated hemoglobin and C-reactive protein in gestational diabetes.Methods 100 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to February 2018 were selected as study subjects.100 healthy pregnant women undergoing physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The blood glucose test results and the results of HbA1c and C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups of pregnant women.Results The blood glucose level of pregnant women in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The HbA1c and CRP levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of glycated hemoglobin and C-reactive protein in gestational diabetes mellitus can be used to timely and effectively judge the blood glucose status of patients and provide evidence for the early treatment of diseases.
