联合进行糖化血红蛋白与糖耐量检测在诊断妊娠期糖尿病中的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨联合进行糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与糖耐量(OGTT)检测在诊断妊娠期糖尿病中的应用价值。方法 :选取2014年4月至2016年8月期间在简阳市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心进行产前检查的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者和90例在该中心进行产前检查的孕妇作为研究对象。将60例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为检测A组,将90例孕妇作为检测B组。对这两组人员均进行糖化血红蛋白检测和糖耐量检测,然后比较这两组人员FPG(空腹血糖)的水平、HbA1c的水平以及糖耐量1hPG(1小时血糖)的水平和2hPG(2小时血糖)的水平。结果 :检测A组患者FPG的水平、HbA1c的水平以及糖耐量1hPG的水平和2 h PG的水平均明显高于检测B组孕妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,检测A组患者HbA1c的水平与其FPG的水平和糖耐量的水平呈正相关。结论 :对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行糖耐量与糖化血红蛋白联合检测,可准确地诊断其病情。 Objective To explore the value of combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and glucose tolerance(OGTT)in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Select 60 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and 60 cases of pregnant women accepted physical examination in Central clinical lab of Maternal and child health care family planning service center of Jianyang City during April 2014 to August 2016 for research object. Set the cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus to group A, set the cases of pregnant women accepted physical examination to group B. To do glycosylated hemoglobin detection and glucose intolerance detection on the 2 groups, then compare FPG level, HbA1c level and glucose intolerance levels of 1 hPG and 2 hPG. Results The FPG level, HbA1 c level and glucose intolerance levels of 1 hPG and 2 hPG of group A are significantly higher than that in group B(P〈0.05). And FPG level is positively correlated with HbA1c level in group A. Conclusion The combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and glucose tolerance in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus is accurate.
