摘要
目的通过不同护理模式在超声胃镜中的应用结果分析,探讨超声胃镜检查术中舒适护理的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年4—9月在我院行超声胃镜检查的185例患者为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组92例和观察组93例,分别给予常规护理及舒适护理,比较两组患者术前与术后的心率、呼吸、咽部损伤、检查中止、焦虑指数、诊查时间等指标。结果观察组患者术后心率、呼吸、焦虑指数、检查中止率等指标均好于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者耐受性好,呼吸、心率变化少,检查中止率低;两组患者在咽部损伤、诊查时间等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患者在舒适护理模式下可以更好地配合超声胃镜检查,同时也提高了护理质量。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of comfort nursing in ultrasound gastroscopy through the analysis of the application results of different nursing modes in ultrasound gastroscopy.Methods A total of 185 patients who underwent ultrasound gastroscopy in our hospital from April 2016 to September 2016 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=92)and observation group(n=93).They were given routine nursing and comfort nursing.Preoperative and postoperative heart rate,respiration,pharyngeal injury,examination suspension,anxiety index,time of diagnosis and other indicators were compared in the two groups before the operation and after the operation.Results The postoperative heart rate,respiration,anxiety index,and examination discontinuation rate were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had good tolerance,less changes in respiration and heart rate,and low rate of examination discontinuation.There were no statistically significant differences in the pharyngeal injury and examinations time between the two group(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients can better cooperate with ultrasound gastroscopy in comfort nursing mode.The mode also can improve the quality of care.
