摘要 为了获取酿酒葡萄枝的剪切力学特定参数,本文采用电子式万能试验机对葡萄枝力学特性进行分析,对葡萄枝在不同直径、不同含水率下的峰值剪切力、同一枝不同剪切位移的峰值剪切力进行试验研究。运用统计分析软件对葡萄枝力学特性参数进行相关性分析。结果表明:力学特性是葡萄枝的固有特性,具有统计规律性。峰值剪切力与直径呈线性正相关关系;在一定范围内,峰值剪切力与含水率的关系是先增大,后减小的趋势;剪切力随剪切位移的增加有先增大后减小的趋势。 To get the specific shear mechanical parameters of wine grape branches,the mechanical properties of grape branches were analyzed by universal electronic testing machine.The peak shear force of grape branches under different diameter and water content and peak shear force of the same branch with different shear displacement were tested and studied.The correlation of mechanical properties of grape branches were analyzed by using statistical analysis software.The results indicates that,the mechanical properties are the inherent characteristics of grape branches and have statistical regularity.There is a linear positive correlation between peak shear force and diameter,in a certain range,the relationship between peak shear force and moisture content increases first,and then decreases,the shear force increases first and then decreases with the increase of shear displacement.
