摘要
为提高差压液位计实际生产中的使用效果,对中煤鄂尔多斯生产中不同工况和环境下,差压液位计使用存在的问题进行了原因分析和技术改造。针对气化炉连接短节液位、气化炉夹套气液分离器液位、低温甲醇洗Ⅲ塔V段液位、主火炬水封罐液位测量值偏差大的问题,通过在后续新建气化炉中增设冲洗水系统、选用双法兰液位计、采用以乙二醇为传导介质的液位计等措施,提高了液位计指示的灵敏度和精确度,减小了装置的停车风险。
In order to improve the accuracy of differential pressure level meter in the actual production,cause analysis and technical renovation were done for its problems existing in different working conditions and environments in China Coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.For problems of high measurement errors for gasifier pipe nipple level,gasifier gasliquid separator with jacket level,rectisol芋tower V section level and main flare water seal tank level,several measures were taken,including setting up a flush water system for a new gasifier,selecting double flange level meter and adopting level meter using ethylene glycol as a conductive medium.So the sensitivity and accuracy of the liquid level meter were improved,and the shutdown risk of the production unit was reduced.
