摘要
建立了磁流变悬置参数模型,利用键合结构理论推导了磁流变的动力学方程,对磁流变悬置电磁特性、隔振特性进行了研究。结果表明,参数优化和识别后,频率范围0~20 Hz区间动刚度为400 N/mm,频率范围0~25 Hz区间动刚度为500~700 N/mm,悬置隔离路面激励、动力源激励效果显著。
The lumped parameter model of a novel MR Mount was established and the nonlinear mathematical state equations of bond graph model for the MR mount was developed.Finally,its dynamical performance is analyzed and predicted.The results show that the dynamic stiffness of 400 N/mm in the frequency range of 0~20 Hz and the dynamic stiffness values between 500~700 N/mm in the frequency range of 0~25 Hz can lead to significant effects in the road isolation excitation and the powertrain source excitation.
