摘要
痛风的药物治疗是痛风管理过程中重要的举措,主要包括急性发作期治疗、慢性期降尿酸治疗和预防药物治疗。本文根据2016中国痛风诊疗指南、2016 EULAR痛风管理指南和2017ACP痛风管理指南的观点对痛风常用药物的应用和注意事项作一概述,并总结最新证据,为临床和科学研究提供参考。
Prophylactic therapy is an important measure in the management of gout,including treatment of acute gouty arthritis,urate-lowering therapy of chronic gout and prophylaxis for recurrent gout.This article briefly introduced the usage and relevant notes of gout common drugs based on the views from 2016 China gout clinical practice guideline,2016 EULAR evidence-based recommendations for the management of gout and 2017 American College of Physicians clinical practice guideline for management of gout.In addition,we summarized the latest evidence aiming to provide a reference for clinical work and scientific research.
