摘要
小细胞肺癌是一种分化差的神经内分泌肿瘤,同时亦是高度血管生成的肿瘤,对放化疗敏感,但预后差。近些年来针对小细胞肺癌血管生成的治疗进行了大量的研究与探索,文章将对小细胞肺癌血管靶向治疗研究进展进行综述,为小细胞肺癌的临床治疗提供参考。
Small cell lung cancer is a poorly differentiated neuroendocrine tumor,and is also a highly angiogenic tumor,which is sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy but has a poor prognosis.In recent years,a large number of studies and explores about have been done on the treatment of angiogenesis in small cell lung cancer.This article will review the progress of vascular targeting therapy for small cell lung cancer,which provides a reference for the clinic treatment of small cell lung cancer.
