摘要 目的通过对预防医学本科生科研胜任力水平的测量,找出其较为薄弱的方面优先关注,给出针对性的政策建议,为提高预防医学本科生科研胜任力水平提供参考。方法采用TOPSIS综合评价法,对预防医学本科生科研胜任力五个维度(人际沟通能力、批判性思维能力、专业建设及发展能力、创新能力以及知识更新能力)现状进行综合评价。结果 TOPSIS综合评价法得出预防医学本科生科研胜任力五维度现状由优到劣排序依次为协调沟通能力、专业建设及发展能力、创新能力、批判性思维能力及知识更新能力,其Ci值分别为0.82,0.78,0.77,0.71及0.16。结论预防医学本科生在知识更新能力、批判性思维能力和创新能力三个方面有待提高。医学院校在对预防医学本科生培养方面应采取措施着重对这三个方面能力进行培养,以期达到提高预防医学本科生科研胜任力水平的目的。 Objective Through the measurement of preventive medicine undergraduate research competency level,to find out the weak aspects and give pertinent policy suggestions,so as to provide reference for improving the scientific research competence of undergraduate students in preventive medicine.Methods TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the five dimensions(interpersonal communication ability,critical thinking ability,professional construction and development ability,innovation ability and knowledge renewal ability)of preventive medicine undergraduates’scientific research competency.Results TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method of preventive medicine undergraduate research competency status of five dimensions from high to low order:interpersonal communication ability,professional construction and development ability,innovation ability,critical thinking ability and knowledge renewal ability.The C i values were 0.82,0.78,0.77,0.71 and 0.16.Conclusion This study pointed out that preventive medicine undergraduates need to improve in three aspects:knowledge renewal ability,critical thinking ability and innovation ability.Medical universities should take measures to train preventive medicine undergraduate students,focusing on improve these three aspects,in order to improve the level of scientific research competency of preventive medicine undergraduates.
