摘要
目的:探讨床旁综合能力考核对提高护理质量的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年6月-2019年12月在职青年(毕业工作不超过5年)临床护士40例,所有护士均于2019年1-6月进行床旁综合能力考核。比较实施床旁综合能力考核前(2019年1月)及实施后(2019年6月)护理质量及患者满意度。结果:实施后护士护理质量各项评分均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后患者满意度(90.83%)高于实施前(81.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:床旁综合能力考核能有效提高护理质量和患者满意度,因此能给护理相关工作者提供一定的借鉴。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of bedside comprehensive ability assessment on the improvement of nursing quality.Method:A total of 40 clinical nurses(less than 5 years of graduation work)from June 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected.All nurses conducted comprehensive bedside assessment from January to June 2019.The nursing quality and patient satisfaction before(January 2019)and after(June 2019)implementation of bedside comprehensive ability assessment were compared.Result:All scores of nursing quality of nurses after implementation were higher than before implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,patients satisfaction(90.83%)was higher than before implementation(81.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bedside comprehensive ability assessment can effectively improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction,so it can provide some reference for nursing related workers.
