摘要
目的 观察参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔对冠心病心律失常患者血压、血脂及脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法 选择2016年10月至2017年10月在本院接受治疗的冠心病心律失常患者122例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组采用常规药物与美托洛尔治疗,在对照组的基础上,观察组采用参松养心胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压、血脂、BNP水平及临床疗效、不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后收缩压、舒张压、TG、TC、BNP水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未发生明显药物不良反应。结论 参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常安全有效,可显著降低患者血压、血脂及BNP水平。
Objective To observe the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule Combined with metoprolol on blood pressure,blood lipid and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 122 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia who were treated at our hospital from October,2016 to October,2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,61 cases for each group.The control group were treated with conventional medicine and metoprolol;and on the basis of the control group,the observation group were treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule.The blood pressure,blood lipid,BNP level,clinical effect,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and TG,TC,and BNP levels were all lower in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no obvious adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The combination of Shensong Yangxin Capsule and metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicating arrhythmia is safe and effective,and can significantly reduce the blood pressure,blood lipid,and BNP level.
