摘要
目的观察养心氏片对气虚血瘀型冠心病心律失常的影响。方法将70例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组40例病人予养心氏片,4片/次,3次/日;对照组30例予普罗帕酮,每次150 mg,每日3次,2组疗程为4周。2组患者治疗前后各作心电图2、4 h心电图(Holter)检查,治疗后进行总结。结果2组Holter改善情况,对于房性早搏,治疗组总有效率及显效率优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);对于室性早搏,治疗组总有效率及显效率与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为90%,显效率为56.6%,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论辨证使用养心氏治疗冠心病心律失常优于普罗帕酮,临床症状改善更明显,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Yangxinshi Tablet in the treatment of arrhythmia of patients with coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis. METHOD 70 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 40 patients, treated with Yangxinshi Tablet （4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day）, and a control group of 30 patients, treated with propafenone （ 150 mg at atime, 3 timesaday）. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. RESULT After the treatment, it was found that the total effective rate and markedly effective rate in treating atrial premature beats in the treatment group were markedly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while there was no marked difference between the two groups in the treatment of premature ventricular contraction （ P 〉 0.05）. The total effective rate and markedly effective rate in the treatment group were 90% and 56.6% respectively, with marked difference from the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION Yangxinshi Tablet used in differential diagnosis and treatment is more effective than propafenone, with better symptom improvement.
