摘要
分析了人才标准体系建设的重要意义,以"3D+E"人才标准模型为核心,从成长通道优化、标准要素开发、人才评价认证等方面构建人才标准体系,围绕人才招聘选拔、培养开发、配置优化、分类评价等领域提出应用方案,实施推广应用效果评估,提出优化提升和深化应用方向路径。
The article analyzes the important significance of establishing talent standard system,with"3D+E"talent standard model as the core.Talent standard system is established from the aspects of growth channel optimization,standard element development and talent evaluation and certification.Application scheme is put forward around the fields of talent recruitment and selection,training and development,allocation and optimization,classification and evaluation.The promotion and application result assessment is carried out,and the orientation and approach for optimization and upgrading as well as deepening application are put forward.
