摘要
目的对166例后牙牙体缺损患者进行全瓷嵌体修复,分析其临床治疗效果。方法对我院332例全瓷嵌体修复后牙牙体缺损患者进行研究,根据治疗方法不同将其分为研究组和常规组,各166例,分别对其实施全瓷嵌体修复和复合树脂嵌体,观察两组修复情况。结果研究组修复成功率为96.39%,明显高于常规组的75.30%,研究组咀嚼能力为98.80%,美观度为100%,食物阻塞为96.99%,明显高于常规组的81.32%、84.34%、80.12%,两组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和复合树脂嵌体相比,全瓷嵌体修复效果更好,满意度更高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of all ceramic inlay in 166 cases of posterior teeth defect.Methods In our hospital,332 patients with all porcelain inlay defect were studied.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and routine group,and 166 cases were treated with all porcelain inlay and composite resin inlay,and the two groups were observed.Results The success rate of the study group was 96.39%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group.The masticatory ability of the study group was 98.80%,the beauty was 100%,and the food obstruction was 96.99%,which was significantly higher than the 81.32%,84.34%,80.12%of the conventional group,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with composite resin inlay,all ceramic inlay has better repair effect and higher satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
