摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗失代偿期肝硬化患者的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法选取我院消化内科从2015年1月~2017年3月期间收治且诊断为失代偿期肝硬化的患者60例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片,记录治疗情况,测定患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况。并检测肝功能(包括天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和血浆内毒素的水平,并进行统计学分析。结果对照组治疗前后CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+等免疫功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+等免疫功能指标与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+等免疫功能指标与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后ALT、AST、DAO等指标与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后ALT、AST、DAO等指标与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片能够提升失代偿期肝硬化患者患者机体肝功能和免疫功能,降低患者血浆内毒素水平,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and clinical value of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria in decompensated cirrhosis patients.Methods 60 cases of patients with decompensated cirrhosis who were admitted to Department of Gastroenterology from January 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects.And all them were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,30 cases in each group.The control group were given routine treatment of Western medicine,the observation group were treated combined with Bifidobacterium quadriceps survivin tablets.The treatment situation was recorded,the changes of T lymphocyte subsets were measured.The liver function(including AST and ALT)and plasma endotoxin levels were detected and statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference in CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group and those before treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in CD4+and CD4+/CD8+and other immune functions between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in ALT,AST and DAO between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The difference of ALT,AST and DAO between the observation group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium quadriceps survivin tablets can improve the liver function and immune function of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis and reduce the level of plasma endotoxin in patients.It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
