双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对肝硬化非感染性腹泻患者细胞免疫功能的影响及疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨口服双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对肝硬化非感染性腹泻患者细胞免疫功能的影响及临床疗效。方法将80例肝硬化非感染性腹泻随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均予以抗病毒、护肝、利尿和营养支持等治疗,观察组加用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊420 mg/次,2次/d,连用4周。结果治疗4周后,两组ALT、AST和TBIL水平均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高(P<0.05),CD8+水平较前无明显变化(P>0.05);观察组临床总有效率(92.5%)明显高于对照组(72.5%)(χ2=5.54,P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊用于肝硬化非感染性腹泻治疗取得了良好疗效,能明显改善患者肝功能,增强细胞免疫功能。 Objective To discuss the influence and effect of bifid triple viable capsule on cellular immune function of patients with cirrhosis noninfectious diarrhea. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with cirrhosis noninfectious di- arrhea were selected and divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given anti-virus, liver protection, diuresis, nutrition support and etc. The patients in observation group were additionally given bifid triple viable capsule 420 mg per time twice a day for 4 weeks. Results After treatment for 4 weeks, ALT, AST and TBIL levels of patients in two groups declined obviously than before(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), and the declining rate of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). Meanwhile, CD4+ level and CD4+/ CD8+ ratio of patients in observation group obviously rose(P〈0.05), and CD8+ level appeared no obvious change than be- fore (P〉0.05), the CD8+ levels after medical treatment appeared no obvious changes. The total clinical efficiency of pa- tients in observation group was 92.5%, which was much higher than that in control group (72.5%)(X2=5.54, P〈0.05). Conclusion Bifid triple viable capsule has reliable curative effect on cirrhosis noninfectious diarrhea, which can obvi- ously improve the liver function index and strengthen the cellular immune function.
