摘要
目的探究手术室腔镜管理中应用腔镜护理专科组进行管理的可行性、有效性。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年12月期间行腔镜手术的600例患者为本次研究对象,以2016年1~12月期间未实施专科管理的300例患者为对照组,以2017年1~12月实施腔镜护理专科组管理腔镜器械的的300例患者为观察组。比较两组手术室腔镜器械管理情况(器械故障、准备错误、清洗消毒合格、零件缺失等),比较不同手术室腔镜管理患者术后切口愈合情况,评估手术医生临床满意度。结果观察组医生满意度高,术后患者切口愈合好,器械管理失误率低,器械完好率及清洗消毒率高(P<0.05)。结论临床对手术室腔镜器械实施护理专科组进行管理,医生满意度高、术后患者切口愈合效果好,器械失误率、清洗消毒率高。
Objective To explore the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of specific nursing management on the endoscope in the operating room.Methods Six hundred patients of receiving the endoscopic surgery from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as research object.Three hundred patients without taking the specific nursing management from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as control group;Three hundred patients of taking the specific nursing management from January 2017 to December 2017 on the endoscopic instruments were selected as observation group.The management conditions(equipment failure,preparation errors,qualified cleaning and disinfection and loss of components,etc),incision healing conditions after endoscopic management in different operation room and doctor’s satisfaction were evaluated.Results The doctor’s satisfaction,incision healing condition,error rate of equipment management,completion rate of equipment and qualified cleaning and disinfection rate of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The specific nursing management on the endoscope in operation room can improve the doctor’s satisfaction,promote the incision healing,reduce the error rate of equipment management and increase the qualified cleaning and disinfection rate.
