摘要
目的对新疆某院2013—2017年的临床专业科室服务能力进行分析,同时根据某院不同专业科室间的实际情况,提出针对医院精细化管理的具体措施。方法使用北京版的疾病相关诊断分组方法(BJ-DRGs),结合2017年新疆重点专科评审过程中所确定的评价内容和计算方式,从DRGs的综合得分情况对不同专科间或同一专科不同时期的情况进行分析。结果某院医疗服务的产出总体呈现逐年递增趋势,内科专业对医疗资源利用总量是外科专业的1.97倍,对医院的总体贡献度大于外科专业。结论医疗质量是医院服务能力构成的核心要素,评价结果与实际相符,具有一定应用价值。
Objective Based on the analysis of medical service ability of each clinical specialty in 2013-2017 years in a hospital in Xinjiang, combined with the actual situation of each clinical specialty in a hospital, it provides objective reference data for fine management of the hospital. Methods The diagnosis of disease related grouping method using Beijing Version （BJDRGs） at the same time combined with the evaluation determined by the 2017 Xinjiang key specialist in assessment of content and method of calculation, analysis of different specialties or the same specialty in different periods from the comprehensive score of DRGs. Results The output of medical services in a hospital is increasing year by year, and the medical resources consumption of the medical system is 1.97 times that of the surgical department, and the contribution to the hospital is greater than that of the surgical system. Conclusion Medical quality is the core factor of hospital service ability, and the evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation, and has certain application value.
