摘要
目的探讨习惯逆转训练和心理干预通过网络途径治疗抽动障碍的疗效差异。方法选择2017年1~12月于东莞市人民医院小儿神经门诊就诊的抽动障碍患儿共60名,按照随机数字的方法分为对照组和观察组,每个组分别有30名儿童。对照组患儿通过网络途径进行心理与教育干预,观察组患儿通过网络途径进行习惯逆转训练,在治疗前、治疗8周、治疗16周末应用《耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表》(YGTSS)进行评分,评估疗效。结果治疗前两组患儿的YGTSS评分数据差异不具有统计学意义(t=0.240,P>0.05),在治疗后的第8周与第16周,观察组患儿的YGTSS评分均低于对照组患儿,数据差异具有统计学意义(t=2.138,2.018,P<0.05),两组患儿在治疗后的YGTSS评分均出现降低,与治疗前比较,数据差异具有统计学意义(F=12.336,11.253,P<0.05),两组患儿在治疗第8周、治疗第16周的治疗有效率数据差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=10.982,P<0.05)。结论习惯逆转训练通过网络途径治疗抽动障碍是可行的和有效的,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the comparison of the curative effect of habit reversal training and psychological intervention on the treatment of tic disorders through network approach.Methods Sixty children were selected from January 2017 to December 2017 in the pediatric neuroclinic in Dongguan People's Hospital.All them were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method,30 children in each group.The children in the control group were intervened with psychological and educational intervention through the network approach,and the children in the observation group were trained by habit reversal training and psychological intervention through network approach.Before treatment,8 weeks of treatment,and at the end of the 16 week of treatment,the Yale Tourette's overall severity scale(YGTSS)was used to evaluate the effect.Results There was no statistically significant difference in YGTSS scores between the two groups before treatment(t=0.240,P>0.05).At the eighth and sixteenth weeks after treatment,the YGTSS scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.138,2.018,P<0.05).The scores of YGTSS in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(F=12.336,11.253,P<0.05)compared with those before treatment.The difference of the effective rate of treatment in the two groups in the eighth and the sixteenth week treatment was statistically significant(χ2=10.982,P<0.05).Conclusion The habit reversal training is feasible and effective in the treatment of tic disorder through network approach,which is worthy of clinical application.
