摘要 以大庆采油一厂的油泥为研究对象,用热化学清洗的方法,分别对比了单一组分、双组份的清洗效率,同时对清洗温度、固液比及清洗方式等清洗条件进行了优化。结果发现,单组份清洗剂中,无机型清洗剂硅酸钠的清洗效率最高为92.48%;有机类清洗剂司班80的清洗效率最优为92.83%。复配清洗剂中,LAS硅酸钠=1 2时的清洗剂效率可达95.08%。清洗效率随温度的升高而增大;固液比为1 10时的清洗效率可达到最优;清洗效率随清洗等级增高而变大。在最优条件下,加热温度为90℃,固液比为1 10,采用二级清洗,清洗效率可达96.58%。 In this paper,regarding the oily sludge from Daqing Oil Production Plant as the study object,the thermo-chemical cleaning method is applied to compare the cleaning efficiency of the single-component and double-component cleaning agent and meanwhile the cleaning conditions were optimized,including cleaning temperature,solid-liquid ratio and cleaning methods.For single component cleaning agent,sodium silicate presents the best cleaning performance among the three researched inorganic agent and the cleaning efficiency can be up to 92.48%,and the value of span-80 is 92.83%.In double-component cleaning agent,when the ratio of LAS and sodium silicate is 1:2,the cleaning efficiency can achieve 95.08%.The cleaning efficiency increases with the increase of temperature,the solid-liquid ratio is 1:10,the cleaning efficiency can reach the optimum,and the cleaning efficiency increases with the increase of cleaning time.Under the optimal conditions,when the heating temperature is 90℃and the solid-liquid ratio is 1:10,the cleaning efficiency is up to 96.58%with the two cleaning time.
