不同类型清洗剂对含聚油泥清洗效果及界面性质的影响 被引量:17

Polymer sludge cleaning effects of different types of detergents and their influence on interfacial properties

摘要 为解决聚驱采出液中产生的大量含聚油泥造成石油资源浪费和环境污染问题,选用化学清洗法对含聚油泥进行处理。不同类型化学清洗剂对含聚油泥清洗效果的规律是:无机型和非离子型清洗剂对含聚油泥清洗效果最好,阴离子型清洗剂次之,阳离子型清洗剂最差。优化了无机清洗剂Na2SiO3和非离子型清洗剂EL100的脱油条件,脱油率分别达到91.12%和85.59%。不同类型清洗剂清洗含聚油泥的脱油率与油水界面性质具有明显的关联性,即脱油率越高,水相电导率越小,油滴Zeta电位绝对值越小,油滴中值粒径越大,油水界面张力越小。 To solve the oily waste and environmental pollution problem caused by the sludge generated in polymer flooding produced fluid,chemical cleaning method was selected to deal with the polymer sludge.The law of cleaning effect of different types of detergents showed that the optimal detergents were inorganic and non-ionic detergents,followed by anionic detergents,the cationic detergents were the worst.After optimizing the cleaning conditions,the deoiling rate of ingredient Na2SiO3 and ingredient EL100 could rise to 91.12% and 85.59%,respectively.There was obvious relevance between deoiling rate of different types of ingredients and the interfacial properties,that was the higher the deoiling rate,the lower the water phase conductivity,the smaller the Zeta potential value of oil droplets,the greater the median size of oil droplets,the lower the interfacial tension.
