摘要
结合全国职业院校服装技能大赛的理念和特征,以江苏工程职业技术学院为例,以工作室模式、"前店中校后厂"模式、校企合作模式为基础,探索大赛选手的选拔和备赛机制,赛前集训的教学考核和激励机制以及循环持续的大赛长效机制。
In view of the concepts and characteristics of the National Garment Vocational Students Skills Competitions and with Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology as an example,the paper explored mechanisms for competition preparation.Based on the Studio mode,the mode of“store in the front,college in the middle and factory at the back”and the mode of enterprise-college cooperation,the paper discussed the mechanism for competition candidates selection and competition preparation,the mechanism for assessment and incentive of before-competition intensive training,and the long-term mechanism for a sustainable development of the competition.
