摘要
农地产权变得日益强化而完整,农地流转也正在常态化;农地流转既标志着农户要素配置结构的变化,也可能影响着农业结构的转型升级;农业结构的优化也可能产生金融影响:既提升农户信贷可得性,也改变其融资渠道。利用广东、江西两省的农户调查数据,实证分析农地流转对于农业的转型升级及其对于农户融资渠道选择等金融行为的影响。研究发现:农地流转从几个方面促进了农业结构的转型升级,经营格局从细碎化转变为规模化;生产目的从自给自足转变为商品生产,种植品种从以消费为主的大宗农产品升级为利润导向的经济作物。此外,农地流转在促进农业转型升级的同时,也加快了资本对劳动的替代,进而从改善供给与增加需求方面提升了农户的信贷可得性,并促使农户在选择融资渠道时更偏向于正规金融机构。
Farmland property rights have become increasingly strengthened and integrated,and farmland circulation is also normalizing.Farmland circulation,which is a symbol of the change of the configuration structure of peasant households,may also affect the transformation and upgrading of agriculture.The optimization of agricultural structure may also have a financial impact:it may enhance the access to credit of farmers and change its financing channels.Based on rural survey data of farmers in Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces,this paper makes an empirical analysis.The result shows that farmland circulation promotes agricultural transformation and upgrading from several aspects.First,the operation pattern changes from fragmentation to scale;second,the purpose of production transforms from self-sufficiency into commodity production as well as the planting species varying from consumption-based agricultural products to profit-oriented economic crops.In addition,the substitution of capital for labor is also accelerated,thus the access to credit of farmers has been increased on demand side,and promote farmers’choice of financing channels more inclined to formal financial institutions.
