纯镁含锌微弧氧化生物涂层抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的体外研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过抑菌试验及激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(CLSM)观察,评价纯镁含锌微弧氧化生物涂层对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。方法:以超声微弧氧化(MAO)为A组,化学镀锌超声微弧氧化(MAO-Zn)为B组,NaOH处理后的化学镀锌超声微弧氧化(MAO-NaOH-Zn)为C组,将各组试件与金黄色葡萄球菌共同培养,全自动菌落计数仪检测其菌落数并激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察评价其抑菌率。结果:各组抑菌率:A组>B组>C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与其余组别相比,C组LSCM可明显观察到单纯红色荧光,B组红色与绿色荧光重叠,A组可观察到绝大部分为细菌染色阳性的绿色(活菌)荧光信号。结论:NaOH处理后的化学镀锌超声微弧氧化组抑菌性最好。 Objective:To evaluate the inhibitory effect of micro arc oxidation coating containing zinc on Staphylococcus aureus by observing the bacteriostatic test and laser scanning confocal microscope(CLSM).Methods:Ultrasonic micro arc oxidation(MAO)was used for A group,ultrasonic chemical plating microarc oxidation(MAO-Zn)for B group,chemical plating ultrasonic micro arc oxidation after NaOH treatment(MAO-NaOH-Zn)for C group.Each group will try to culture with Staphylococcus aureus,automatic colony counter inspection of the number of colonies and laser scanning confocal microscopy to evaluate the antibacterial rate.Results:The inhibitory rate of A group>B group>C group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with other groups,C group of LSCM can be obviously observed in pure red fluorescence.Red and green fluorescence were overlapped in B group.A group can be observed for the vast majority of bacteria stained green(live bacteria fluorescence signal).Conclusion:The micro arc oxidation group with NaOH treatment has the best antibacterial effect.
