摘要 目的通过对纯镁超声微弧氧化表面进行NaOH-硅烷偶联载杜仲提取物绿原酸的复合处理后,期望提高复合涂层的抗菌性和细胞生物相容性。方法纯镁超声微弧氧化-硅烷复合处理为对照A组,纯镁超声微弧氧化-硅烷-0.00 125 g/mL、0.0 025 g/mL和0.00 375 g/mL绿原酸复合处理分别为实验B、C、D组。通过SEM观察表面形貌,CCK-8检测细胞增殖和黏附能力,通过激光共聚焦检测细胞黏附形态,ALP检测细胞碱性磷酸酶活性。结果纯镁超声微弧氧化-NaOH-硅烷偶联不同含量的杜仲提取物绿原酸,细胞黏附增殖能力及ALP碱性磷酸酶活性均为C组>D组>B组>A组,细胞活性C组>D组>B组>A组。表明载杜仲含量不同,影响其生物活性。结论超声微弧氧化经NaOH-硅烷偶联0.0025 g/mL杜仲提取物绿原酸的试件,生物相容性最佳。 Objective By the combination of NaOH - silane and Eucommiaulmoides extract coupling on the surface of pure magnesium, and regulating the corrosion of pure magnesium by ultrasonic, we are to improve the cell biocompatibility. Methods the experimental subjects were divided into four groups: Group A-the test piece of pure magnesium ultrasonic micro arc oxidation silane composite treatment; Group B--the test pieces of pure magnesium ultrasonic micro arc oxidation silane -0.00 125 g/mL composite treatment ; Group C--the test pieces of pure magnesium ultrasonic micro arc oxidation silane g/mL - 0.0 025 composite treatment ; Group D-- the test pieces of pure magnesium ultrasonic micro arc oxida- tion silane -0.00 375 g/mL composite treatment. SEM was used to observe the surface morphology. CCK - 8 was used to detect the cell proliferation and adhesion, and the cell adhesion morphology was detected by laser confocal microscopy. The alkaline phosphatase activity was detected by ALP. Results Pure magne- sium MAO coating of NaOH - silane treatment, reduce the film pores and cracks. The hydroxyl groups of the hydrogen bond and coordination bond, easy to film were detected different loading test of antibacterial properties and biological activity. For pure magnesium ultrasonic micro - arc oxidation - NaOH - silane coupling different content of Eucommiaulmoides extract chlorogenic acid, the activity of chlorogenic acid, cell adhesion and proliferation and ALP alkaline phosphatase activity is of the order that Group C 〉 Group B 〉 B 〉 Group A, and cell viability order is Group C 〉 Group D 〉 Group B 〉 Group A. It Indicated that the different content of Eucommiaulmoides affects its biological activity. Conclusions Samples after ultrasonic micro - arc oxidation of NaOH - silane coupling 0. 0025 g/mL Eucommiaulmoides extract of chlorogenic acid gave the best biocompatibility.
