摘要
糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹与痛性眼肌麻痹症状相似,容易误诊,误诊直接影响患者预后。回顾性分析1例首发为动眼神经麻痹的糖尿病合并动眼神经麻痹误诊为痛性眼肌麻痹临床资料,旨在提高临床医生对于既往无糖尿病病史患者出现动眼神经麻痹时,对于病因检查,完善实验室检查的重视。
The symptoms of diabetic oculomotor nerve palsy and painful ophthalmoplegia are similar and easy to be misdiagnosed.The clinical data of 1 case of diabetes mellitus with oculomotor nerve palsy and oculomotor palsy misdiagnosed as painful ophthalmoplegia were retrospectively analyzed.The aim is to improve the clinicians'attention to the examination of the causes of the oculomotor paralysis in the patients without the history of diabetes and to improve the laboratory examination.
