摘要
颈椎病是以颈肩痛、肢体麻木、感觉异常、运动功能障碍为主要特征的疾病。采用颈椎牵引、手法复位可获得较好疗效。但由于常常重于对症治疗,忽视病因检查,易造成误诊。本文作者通过10例误诊病例分析,提出医生对颈肩痛应作全面细致检查,以明确诊断合理治疗。
The cervical spondylosis is mainly characterized by neck and shonlder pain,mumbness, abnormal sensation and motor dysfunction of xstremities.The use traction for cervical vertebra and reduction by hand,obtaining good efficiency,but because the doctors emphasize the therapy against sympotom,so that some times make mistakes in diagnosis.The author of this artical analysed 10 cases whose diagnosis is erro- neous and concluded that the doctors shuld do overall and careful examination for the patients with cervical spondylosis,so as to esteblish correct diagncsis and treatment.
