“6+1”节能技术在硫磷装置循环水系统中的应用与实践

摘要 在诸多行业产能严重过剩的大环境下,如何从全系统出发提出综合整体的节能理论并加以应用,才是最优化解决方案,而"6+1"节能技术就是这种节能技术的最新研究成果。文章简明介绍了"6+1"节能技术及其在硫酸装置循环水系统中的应用,从理论和实践双角度验证了该技术的可行性和成熟性。 The natural environment has been seriously affected.Green environmental protection,energy saving and consumption reduction have become industrial.Part of economic development has to be taken seriously.In a large environment where there is a serious overcapacity in many industries,how to put forward a comprehensive overall energy conservation theory from the perspective of the whole system.On the other hand,the application of“6+1”energy-saving technology is the latest research result of this energy-saving technology.The article briefly introduced.The“6+1”energysaving technology and its application in the circulating water system of a sulphuric acid plant have proved the feasibility and maturity of the technology from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
