摘要
应用采场破坏深度理论和悬臂梁理论,对泰山隆安煤业极近距离中厚煤层底板破坏深度情况进行试验,计算出煤层安全开采时所需最小层间距为2.54m。通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对不同层间距下11_下煤层顶板稳定性进行数值模拟,得出煤层间距小于2.6m时,层间岩层在工作面开采过程中将被拉伸破断,下煤层顶板稳定性较差,容易发生冒顶事故。煤层间距大于2.6m时,层间岩层在工作面开采过程中主要受到剪切破坏,顶板拉伸破断位置滞后于工作面。从数值模拟角度验证了前面理论分析的结果,煤层间距大于2.54m时,不采取任何技术措施,即可确保11_下煤层的安全开采,为工作面综采提供了指导。
Using the theory of mining damage depth and the theory of cantilever beam,the floor failure depth of extremely close medium and thick seam of Taishan Longan Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.was tested,and the minimum interval between coal seams for mining safety was calculated as 2.54 m.By the FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation software,the numerical simulation of roof stability of No.11-low coal seam under different layer intervals was carried out.It was concluded that when the interval of coal seam was less than 2.6 m,the interlayer rock layer was stretched and broken during the mining process,the stability of the roof of the lower seam was poor,and the roof falling was easy to occur.When the interval of coal seams was greater than 2.6 m,the interlayer rock was mainly subjected to shear failure during the mining process,and the roof breaking position was lagging behind work face.From the aspect of numerical simulation,the results of theoretical analysis were verified.When the interval of coal seams was greater than 2.54 m,no technical measures was needed for ensuring the safe mining of No.11-low coal seam and providing guidance for fully mechanized mining in work face.
