摘要
采用红外光谱三级鉴定法对三七不同药用部位(主根、支根和花)进行了分析。三七主根和支根的红外光谱谱图相似,三七花谱图与二者差异较大。三七主根、支根在1154,1079,1022cm^(-1)附近有淀粉的特征吸收峰,说明二者主成分为淀粉。此外,三者红外谱图中1736,1647cm^(-1)附近的吸收峰也存在较大差异。二阶导数光谱中,三七支根、三七花存在芳香环骨架和C=O伸缩振动吸收峰,而三七主根中两类基团的吸收峰均不显著。二维相关红外光谱,在1750~1350cm^(-1)、1300~1050cm^(-1)波段三者的差别也比较明显。结果表明:采用红外光谱三级鉴定法可以对三七不同药用部位三七主根、三七支根和三七花进行方便、快速的分析与表征。
The different parts of Panax Notoginseng,i.e.main root,fibrous root and flower,were systematically studied through tri-step identification based on infrared spectroscopy.Main root and fibrous root of Panax Notoginseng show semblable peaks of starch at near 1154,1079,1022cm-1 in their Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).However,the characteristic absorption bands of starch are not obvious in flower spectra.Moreover,the peaks at near 1736,1647cm-1 differs from each other in FT-IR of three samples.In addition,peaks assigned to the stretching vibration of C=O groups and aromatics emerged in secondary derivative infrared spectroscopy(SD-IR)of fibrous root and flower.However,the peaks of two groups were not obvious in SD-IR of main root.Furtherly,the obvious auto-peaks in the range of 1750-1350cm-1 and 1300-1050cm-1 in two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy(2D-IR)differs from each other.Tri-step identification based on IR can provides an objective,rapid and accurate method to identify the different parts of Panax Notoginseng and benefit for further utilization and development of Panax Notoginseng.
