红外光谱法对野生和栽培枸杞子的鉴别与分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的快速客观地鉴别野生和栽培枸杞子。方法采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、二阶导数谱和二维相关红外光谱技术对野生和栽培的两种枸杞子药材粉末进行了分析与评价研究。结果野生和栽培枸杞子的一维光谱差别不是很大,只在2925,2855,1743cm-1处有差别,而二阶导数谱中峰位和峰强的差异相对明显,800~1800cm-1范围内的二维相关谱更直观的反映出二者的差异。结论红外光谱法结合二维相关红外光谱技术为野生和栽培枸杞子鉴别提供了一种快速、全面和客观的手段,为深入合理开发利用枸杞子资源提供理论基础。 Objective To quickly differentiate wild Fructus Lycii and cultivated Fructus Lycii. Methods Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT-IR) ,second derivative IR spectra and two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy ( 2D-IR) were used to evaluate and analyze wild Fructus Lycii and cultivated Fructus Lycii. Results Their entire infrared spectra in the range of 400-4 000 cm-1 were generally similar based on the peaks position and intensities of wild Fructus Lycii and cultivated Fructus Lycii. However,variation in peak intensity and position were observed at about 2 925,2 855,and 1 743 cm-1 in the infrared spectra among these samples. Much difference in their second derivative spectra was obvious. These samples were further identified by their 2D-IR spectra within 800-1 800 cm-1. Conclusion FT-IR with 2D-IR provide a rapid and new operational procedure for the differentiation of wild Fructus Lycii and cultivated Fructus Lycii,which being helpful for the good application and further development of Fructus Lycii.
