摘要
采用水提醇沉法对苗药大乌泡茎中的多糖进行了提取和测定。通过单因素分析法、正交实验设计研究了提取工艺。得到较优的提取条件为T=80℃、t=2.5h、料液比1:30g·mL^(-1)。另外采用DPPH法测定了提取得到的大乌泡多糖的抗氧化能力,发现大乌泡多糖在1mg/mL的乙醇溶液中具有不错的抗氧化效果,对DPPH的清除率达74.6%。为大乌泡的后续开发提供了借鉴。
In this study,water extraction and alcohol precipitation were used to extract and determine polysaccharides from the stems of Miao medicine.Through single factor analysis,orthogonal experiment The design studies the extraction process.The best extraction conditions were T=80℃,t=2.5h,and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:30g·mL-1.In addition,we use DPPH test Determined the antioxidant capacity of the extracted polysaccharides of Ophiopogon japonicus.It was found that Oobuchi polysaccharide has a good antioxidative effect in a 1 mg/mL ethanol solution.The clearance rate of DPPH reached 74.6%,which provided a reference for the follow-up development of Dawuwu.
