摘要
以多糖提取率为评价指标,水提醇沉法,单因素实验基础上,响应面优化苦胆草多糖的最佳提取工艺,并测定其抗氧化活性。确定苦胆草多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶40(g/mL),提取温度65℃,提取时间7.5 h,多糖提取率为3.48±0.96%。苦胆草多糖对DPPH·自由基最大清除率为24.01%,表明其有一定的抗氧化活性。
Taking the yield of polysaccharide as indicator, using single factor test, response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to optimize polysaccharides of andrographis paniculata by water extracting-alcohol precipitating method. The result showed that the best extraction process of polysaccharides of andrographis paniculata were : the ratio of material to liquid 1 : 40 (g/mL), at 65 ℃ and extracting for 7.5 h. The yield of polysaccharide was 3.48 ± 0.96%. The maximum DPPH · scavenging rate of andrographis paniculata polysaccharides of 24.01% shows that it has certain antioxidant activity.
