摘要
大港油田枣园地区老化油组成呈现复杂的油包水、水包油多重乳化结构、且含油泥、沥青等固相颗粒,含水约27%~32%,无机物含量约11.7%,蜡、胶质、沥青质含量合计48.89%。在室内有针对性地对比研究了各种老化油处理技术。发现常见常用破乳剂、微波破乳技术对大港油田枣园老化油基本没有效果。离心脱水处理老化油在低于50℃,以1600 r/min的转速离心15 min可将老化油油中含水控制在2%以下,分离效果明显。超声波+热化学沉降+离心分离处理能得到含水较低的原油,油中含水可达到1%,每处理1 kg老化油较常规热化学沉降处理法节约能量24 k J,且可分离出的水较清澈。
The aging oil composition in Zaoyuan area of Dagang oil field presents complex oil water inclusion,multiple emulsifying structure of water inclusion oil,and contains solid phase particles such as oil sludge and asphalt,with water content of about 27%~32%,inorganic content of about 11.7%,wax,gelatin and asphalt content of 48.89%.Various aging oil treatment technologies were compared and studied indoors.It was found that the common demulsifier and microwave demulsifier had no effect on the aging oil of jujube garden in Dagang oilfield.Centrifugal dehydration processing aging oil has certain oil-water separation effect in less than 50℃,15 min to 1600 r/min speed centrifugal aging oil in the oil water cut can be controlled under 2%,separation effect is obvious.Ultrasonic+thermochemical precipitation+centrifugal separation treatment can obtain crude oil with low water content,and the water content in the oil can reach 1%.Each treatment of 1kg of aging oil saves 24 kJ of energy compared with conventional thermochemical precipitation treatment,and the water can be separated out is clear.
