摘要
目的:探讨苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减治疗慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法:收治慢性咳嗽患者50例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减治疗慢性咳嗽的疗效显著,不良反应较小。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Zhikesan in the treatment of chronic cough.Methods:50 cases of patients with chronic cough were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Zhikesan,the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Zhikesan in the treatment of chronic cough had remarkable clinical effect and less adverse reactions.
