摘要
目的:研究重复经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药对抑郁症首次发病患者的早期疗效及认知功能的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年12月-2017年10月收治的82例抑郁症首次发病患者,随机分为干预组与常规组,各41例。两组患者均接受常规药物治疗,在此基础上为干预组患者提供重复经颅磁刺激治疗,为常规组患者提供伪刺激治疗。评价两组患者治疗效果及认知功能情况。结果:干预组患者治疗总有效率87.80%,优于常规组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时、治疗后两组患者威斯康星卡片分类测验、持续操作测验各项结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重复经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症首次发病患者,可提高治疗效果,对患者认知功能无损伤。
Objective:To study the impact of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined antidepressants in the early effect and cognitive function for patients with first-episode depression.Method:A total of 82 patients with first-episode depression treated from December 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into the intervention group and the conventional group,41 cases in each group.Both of groups took the conventional drug therapy;on the basis,the intervention group received the rTMS;the conventional group received the sham stimulation.The clinical effect and cognitive function were evaluated between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the intervention group was 87.80%,significantly higher than 70.73%of the conventional group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).At admission time and after treatment,the Wisconsin card sorting test and continuous performance test of the two groups were not statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The rTMS and antidepressants can greatly improve the clinical effect and have no damages in their cognitive function.
