摘要
简要介绍了深沟球轴承装配机的结构组成、设备参数、技术指标,分析了主要运动机构及其工作方式。用建模软件构造出各模块的总结构示意图,通过实物说明其工作方式,研究有效提升轴承装配的方式。
This paper briefly introduces the structural composition,equipment parameters and technical indexes of the deep groove ball bearing assembly machine,analyzes the main motion mechanism and its working mode.The general structure diagram of each module is constructed by using the modeling software,and its working mode is illustrated in real terms,and the way of effectively improving the bearing assembly is studied.
