摘要
研究了深沟球轴承自动装配机中合套系统的机械结构,主要研究的模块包括外圈进料机构、内圈进料机构、检测机构、中转机构、机械手机构、滚珠进料机构。根据轴承装配的要求及各机构的运动形式,通过三维建模建立模型对各模块进行机械结构设计。
The mechanical structure of the joint system of the deep groove ball bearing automatic assembly machine is studied.The main research modules include the outer ring feeding mechanism,the inner ring feeding mechanism,the detecting mechanism,the transfer mechanism,the manipulator mechanism and the ball feeding mechanism.According to the requirements of bearing assembly and the movement form of each mechanism,the mechanical structure design of each module is established through 3D modeling.
