摘要
印刷机蘸油机构通过减速器输出轴驱动两路带传动,将运动和动力分路传动,一路传给下摆动从动件凸轮机构,控制蘸油辊5按运动规律动作,一路传给上摆动从动件凸轮机构,控制供油辊2按运动规律动作。两个凸轮同步启动回转,凸轮驱动摆动从动件在满足工作节拍的前提下将油墨刷至墨板上。
The printing machine dipping oil mechanism is driven by the output shaft of the reducer,which drives the motion and power transmission,and passes it to the lower oscillating follower cam mechanism,and controls the dipping oil roll 5 to move to the upper swing follower cam mechanism,and control the oil supply roller 2 according to the movement law.The two cam synchronously starts to rotate,and the cam drives the oscillating follower to brush the ink onto the ink plate under the premise of satisfying the working rhythm.
