摘要
通过分析、计算得出涂油辊的挠度变形值,再利用抛物线来近似模拟其挠度曲线,利用抛物线的在辊筒中心的极值近似等于最大挠度形变值,求出抛物线方程,这样就方便以后通过不同的实际使用情况来合理利用抛物线在涂油辊加工时对其进行挠度补偿,以降低防水卷材成型时横向厚度的偏差,提高产品质量。
At first, coating roller's deflection value is acquired by analysis and calculation; then using parabola to simulate approximately its deflection curve; parabola's extreme value at the roller center approximately equals maximum deflection value, then the parabola equation can be reached. In this way, for manufacturing of coating roller in the future, it will be convenient to use parabola as per actual condition for deflection compensation. This will reduce the variation of horizontal thickness of waterproofing membrane during forming period, and further improve the product quality.
