摘要 建立了基于AMESim软件的三电机双滚筒驱动装置及带式输送机系统模型,通过对一条带式输送机的仿真计算,研究了三电机在同时起动、3 s间隔起动和5 s间隔起动情况下带式输送机的起动特性,得出以下结论:电动机起动间隔时间越长对降低胶带和重锤加速度、减小胶带张力冲击、优化速度曲线越有利,但起动间隔长短对胶带最大张力、张力比的影响不是很大,从动力学和运动学角度来看三电机采用5 s间隔起动对系统更有利。 In the paper,a model for three-motor dual-drum driven device and belt conveyor system is established based on AMESim software,and starting characteristics of belt conveyor with the three motors simultaneously starting,and starting at 3 s interval and 5 s interval are studied through simulation calculation of a belt conveyor with the following conclusions.The longer the starting interval,the better for lowering the acceleration of belt and hammer,reducing the tension shock to the belt,and optimizing speed curve.However,starting interval has little influence on the maximum tension and tension ratio of the belt.In the light of kinematics and dynamics,it is much better for the system if the three motors start at the interval of 5 s.
