绳系拖曳中柔绳动力学及其控制方法

摘要 针对绳系拖曳离轨系统中对目标星的控制问题,提出一种利用拖曳装置控制系绳张力的方法。采用有限元法建立了系绳伪梁模型,通过仿真分析了系绳参数、端部扰动对其传力特性的影响以及所造成的系绳两端张力区别的原因。建立了系绳收放与张力控制装置机电一体的动力学模型,基于PD控制方法,实现了通过系绳收放对系绳末端张力的跟踪控制。通过算例仿真分析了系绳末端位置扰动频率对末端张力跟踪控制效果的影响,结果表明:对于确定的末端张力跟踪控制要求,末端位置扰动频率较低时,末端张力跟踪误差小;随着扰动频率的增大,末端张力误差和时滞增大;严重时出现系绳间歇式松紧现象,末端张力无法正常跟踪,被动产生张力冲击。 Targeting the control problem of the tethered satellite in a tether-tugging de-orbit system,a tether tension adjustment method with the towing device was proposed in this paper.A novel tether pseudo-beam model was established with the finite element method.The influence of the tether pa-rameters and the end disturbance on the force transmission characteristics as well as the tension difference at both ends were analyzed through simulations.An integrated mechanical and electrical model combining the deployment and retrieval device and tension control device was built.Based on the PD control method,the tracking control of the tension at the end of the tether could be realized by controlling the deployment and retrieval of the tether.The influence of the terminal position dis-turbance frequency on the terminal tension tracking performance was investigated by simulations.The results showed that for a given requirement on the terminal tension tracking control,the terminal tension tracking error was small when the terminal position disturbance frequency was low,then the error and delay increased with the increase of the disturbance frequency,and if this goes on,the se-rious phenomena of intermittently tight or loose tether,tracking failure of the end tension,and pas-sive tension impact may occur.
